Had a good day yesterday - under 1300 calories, under 100 grams of carbs, and under 15g of sugar - but scale is still hurting from trip to Montreal- down 1 pound from yesterday but still 3 pounds up from last Thursday. Weigh in this week is Friday - will be happy only up 2 pounds - Tip for anyone going to Montreal- stay away from the Bagels and Poutine, but don’t don’t don’t stay away from the beer :)
