You probably have your scale pointing north, turn it around so it points South. If my logic is correct that should lower your numbers.

Well i measured my self and Chest 36 “ waist 30” hips/butt 44”! I was able to get into a size 7 jeans mom bought for me so shrinking but scale not moving!

Chris is correct ;). Let me know if turning your scale works too 😁. Also, just a thought, you are getting smaller yes? If your measurements are getting smaller yet the scale isn’t moving then you could be gaining muscle. Could also be backed up or retaining water somewhere other than where you measure. It’s not always fat ;). I’d rather be trim and weigh more than have the scale show 120 yet have rolls, no muscle and weak 😉.

you didn’t mention it but I suspect you’re exercise regularly replacing fat with muscle. Muscle mass weighs more than body fat does. Could that be it?🤔

I love planks, yoga, weight lifting 3 times per week !☺️HATE Cardio to the bottom of my soul! Some friends joke with me and say what about if your house was on fire!! Would I run !! Im like......THE ROOF THE ROOFIS ON FIRE .......LET THE M**** F**** BURN BABY BURN......lol🤣🤣🤣
