The numbers are tiny because, well... I am 😝. This is just a record to watch as they creep up! Carbs have made all the difference! Lifting more, eating more, and loving these results!
3 months in and I have a butt for the first time in my life lol!
Quite a bit to go until goal, but promising numbers regardless what the scale says!
I carry most of my adipose (body fat) in my belly area, so when testing with calipers on my legs and arms, they're at <9%. But even as I have an increase in size in my midsection, it really doesn't look "fat" at all - even adding 8.5% BF! And that's all from having (now) a 450+ caloric daily surplus 😉!

Nice, you must have good fat distribution. If I added that much it would go directly to my stomach pouch, lol! Great gains, man! Keep it up!

body composition - I will be focusing more on this between 200 and 185. For now, the scale and I are best cuffed together. Keep it up chrisw77

Great numbers! I think it's funny how some still leave comments not knowing your goal is to gain and increase. Uh, can they not read your posts or bio? Just being a protective sis. 😊

Indeed! Screw the scale if you lift. It's importance really drops when resistance exercises are Incorporated. Measurements and the mirror outweigh it, excuse the pun.
