I'd like to think I'm doing pretty well at this point. I've already lost 2 pounds since I weighed myself last Wednesday, but this site doesn't reflect that as I only just joined today.
I hope to be able to fit in some more exercise soon as I didn't go to the gym yesterday, and it doesn't look like it's going to happen today as I'm meeting up with a friend in just a couple of hours and then I'm going out for St. Patrick's day.

I just hope that this friend that I'm seeing today doesn't take me off track for the day as she is the tall, skinny type that is constantly eating junk food.

I think I'll try and fit in some at home exercises full of sit ups and stretches to make up for what might become of me once I meet up with my friend.

I have a "skinny friend" too, but she usualy keeps me on track because she eats sensibly (thats why she stays skinny). Its a good idea to use the journal for diet/exericse like you are.. it helps to look and see our choices and what we can do to make it better if we get stuck. I'll see you at the first stop in our Round the World challenge. Good luck to you

Have you ever heard of the Carmen Electra workout dvd's I have them all, and they are great. I recommend, DVD 2 "Fit to Strip" (It's pink) It has really good stretches, and home calisthenics. All you need is a chair. Its very good for toning.
