Maybe longer than you think! 2 cups of egg whites, 6 Oz of ham, 5 servings of salsa, and a slice of pepperjack cheese on top. 8oz of apple cider. I'm having a high carb low fat day...

I don't like just plain eggs whites I need the goodies in the yolks, but the rest sounds great. I don't eat eggs very often these days but I do enjoy them. love omelette with a little diced tomato spinach and some swiss cheese

I prefer full eggs also, just switching up gears for a day.

I could eat eggs every meal, but if I did, would have to skip them for several weeks, unable to look another egg in the face!
