Hello fellow web pals or journal (dont know how it works yet)
I am hoping this site and app will motivate me into losing weight healthily and keep me on track.
Tried it on my own. Little book with all items recorded for history. Worked for the first three months. (Jan-March) I lost loads but then Easter turned up. Kids had chocolate and meals with families and friends.
Had a blip in calorie counting that lasted that month. Have tried to start again but in always feels like im climbing that mountain again after doing well.
Lost 18 pounds Jan to Mar Gained 10 pounds Apr to Jun So far gained 2 pounds for this quarter
look on the bright side at least im still 6 pounds from my first weight.
i feel that my weight holds me back from being a good dad.
have to pop pills (ibuprofen) every time i do anything energetic because of headaches and take a spare tshirt to the kids play areas when i sweat one through playing with my sons.
