Exactly two months without any physical activity, no gym, no pool, no yoga, even no walkings. Missed all this immensely! Thanks to the shoulder injury, serious dental surgery and gout was possible only to have rest...dunno how is it possible for one young person with pretty healthy life style to get all this shit in one go 😆 well, finally slowly back to the track today, started with intermittent fasting and one hour of light yoga.
62.7 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
