So was doing so well, then had lunch on Wed a potluck no less. stayed away from all of the pasta salads and things that I am not supposed to have. Had slow cooker hamburger with spices, yumm it was so good. That should have been my first clue. Some sort of barbecue sauce was used in the mix, so I said forget it and then I sampled all of the salads and had two chocolate chip cookies. I was one pound away from 10 down and I blew it.
