Definately got some of that Hawaii weight off. Was hoping to get more but I can't help but nibble a bite or two of bread lately. I need to stop and I think I can if I just get back into a good routine of not having to come up with eating out options. I've been really good though. I was with my friends last night and they had chocolate cake, ice cream and cookies. Not even a bite from me. I wanted it so bad so I went to the store with them and bought sugar free truffles. I had about 2, and they were amazing but the after effect was completely horrifying. So I'm bagging that idea for a while.
I'm hoping I can get down below one fourty before my boyfriends birthday in Decemeber. I know that seems a long ways away but I have been losing weight at a pretty slow rate on this diet. Hopefully I can kick it up a notch these next few weeks. Christmas time I'm hoping to get a tattoo on my side and I want my body looking tip-top shape.
