Finally losing again. Let's just say it wasn't easy to stay under my cals these few weeks😂

Same, my problem is I have all these little cheats in between. A piece of cheese, a date there... it adds up

I'd track my cals religiously for the whole day and the in the evening I'd end up just going over anyway. But I'm back on track now😁
