Okay, so it's gone from bad to worse. Mother's day weekend followed by my birthday weekend, to be followed by my daughter's birthday weekend this weekend. For my birthday, my husband surprised me with a weekend at a nice hotel, complete with two boxes of gourmet cupcakes, flowers, chardonnay, cookies, professional massage, manicure/pedicure, and all the eating out one could ever want. It was heaven, but now I'm too scared to get on the scales, lol.

if you believe you deserve it than it must be worth it.. if you fall off the wagon you HAVE to get back on.. thats what is important. pay for it at the gym! ;D

Thanks Bailey & Vince! I was on track to have a good make-up day yesterday, but both my husband and I were going through some serious sugar withdrawals after all the junk we ate over the wkend...and we ate some ice cream. Today should be better. It's amazing how fast it is to get 'addicted' to sugar an how hard it is to break the habit.
