I dunno, I am not eating horribly, but still gained weight. I am working out 2-3 times a week, very discouraging, but I know it is my own fault, I have to get a handle on this food thing.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
