Yay! Scale was down, although I wasn't sure it would be. This was after drinking coffee too. A loss makes sticking to the plan a little easier. I was out sick from work yesterday, took a half day today too. I had helpers come and start cleaning up my yard last night - such a relief! Getting ready for winter. Today I have a different helper cleaning out the garage. We are starting with the paint that has accumulated in there and is now useless because it's been in there for over 5 years, freezing and thawing. Had time to make some food yesterday and I finally got eggs cooked and some salads made, so now on to vegetarianism for the week. I have about a pint of milk to get through before I give up dairy, then I will be onto non-dairy. Donated some candy to work today, because I bought it for a party and no one ate the second container. It's not even good candy but I had a bunch of it, so onto the giveaway table at work. Hanging in there today - hope you all have a great Tuesday!
