Just thought of something. I heard an inspiring podcast From Fr. Roderick Vonhögen. He made a point on his Healthy Catholic Podcast that we need to make an appointment with ourselves every day to do our actual exercise. Bearing that in mind, I'm making a public commitment to complete the 100 Push Ups program. I took the push-up test yesterday and decided that today was the day. Like an ancient philosopher said, a journey of 1,000 miles starts with one step. Today's was pretty rough, but I'm sure that Wednesday's will be slightly better. I'll keep everyone updated!
