Oh boy! So the last few days of eating show ME why I have to record food right after I eat instead of going back days later to fill in my meal record. My snacking has been overboard since I wasn't keeping clear sight on my boundaries. My discipline was rudely shoved in the corner as I went into "don't care" mode. 😡 Not happy with myself. But 🙃😊 on the bright side...today is a new day. Pull discipline out (apologize for ingnoreing him) and get back on the path.
