Not feeling the best this past week. High anxiety and not really eating that much. Gonna try to go back to the gym today to see if that helps boost my mood. In the meantime, still hydrating.

The gym helps me with my mental and physical state of being, go to the gym.

definitely helps, just getting out of the house helps, but the exercise boost definitely also helps pump me up.
