I think I’ll wait to do a weigh in on my cycles and that always has me freaking out !! I fluctuate like 2/3 lbs and i just get upset about it started yesterday the 9/14so I’ll weigh in as soon as its done!! A little experiment because i try to do an every other day weigh in or at-least every 3 days! Just trying not to let the scale get me down!! I’ll focus on logging my daily cal instead😎
