Is it possible to jump to fast into healthy eating, or what you think that means. When I more closely follow a health diet I feel like I have no energy, all I want to do is sleep. When I enjoy what I call "regular" foods at one meal per day, I feel better. Maybe it's psychological, but I had a hamburger and 1/2 serving of fries and I'm feeling good, happy and ready to get some stuff done. Maybe it's PMS. I don't know. Today I enjoy the hamburger, tomorrow I will go back to not having hamburgers and fries for lunch. I'm just crazy.
Maybe I'm not getting enough of something on the day's that I try and "be good" Maybe I'm so conditioned to eating heavy meals that I'm somewhat lost without them. Now I'm just babbling. What ever.

Hi, I don't touch fried food at all any more. Only veg, fruits, fish, chicken breast or the odd grilled sausage. Most processed food is now a no no in my cupboards. Baked beans is about the only processed food I have regular.
I feel great, my skin is the best that I can remember its been, I have loads of energy, I'm never hungry etc.
