Abrianna's Journal, 10 Mar 08

I'm a little worried about this week. I have two midterms: one on Wednesday and one on Thursday. I have also been working more than usual. With studying and working I fear that I will not have enough time to work out as much as I usually do. I am also a bit stressed about midterms. I just find it difficult to stay on track while I have a few other things on my plate. This was around the time that I gave up on my second go around with WW. I have a hard time keeping myself as a priority. I tend to put my health on the back burner when other issues arise in my life. How do all of you ladies keep it together??? I know that I can do this. I want it more than ever! I will just have to learn to adapt and keep going. I HAVE TO MAKE TIME FOR MYSELF! That is the answer. If I don't make time for myself now, I might not have much time in the future. I just need to push through these stressful times. I do LOVE to workout, perhaps I can make my workout a treat after study sessions! Just getting some feelings and thoughts out! Thanks for letting me share and vent! Have a good week.
