Fage is plain Greek yoghurt

In comparison to other plain Greek yogurts, I believe Fage has the lowest grams of sugar per 6 oz serving.

Definitely not my favorite on taste which is why I load it up but I love the nutrient value. I usually mix half a serving in my protein shake

I add protein powder, wheat germ and berries... You can say I eat this purely for the protein as I don’t eat meat or chicken.
