Sorry, I'm new to this, what is ACV? I just ordered MCT oil to add to my morning coffee along with the Ghee butter I already ad to it. Good loss, Keep up the attitude and you will get there.

Thanks Dave, baskington and nikeit ! Not sure I need to add calories to my breakfast. It's all one big experiment.what works for one, doesn't work for another. Hopefully I keep losing. It's taken me a free hard long months to see a drop!

Dave, you can also make your own clarified butter aka ghee. Just bake at 250 a pound or two unsalted butter in an oven safe dish. 2-3 hours until milk solids are golden. Take out, cool a boy and strain through a cheese cloth or I do slowly through coffee filter into a jar. That's it! Much cheaper.

Great drop. Vinegar is an acid that can be used to help with the breakdown and absorption of protein and minerals. I used to include it, then went over to capsules with HydroChloric Acid that is the same that our stomachs produce. Then I learned that salt contain a lot of Chloride that the body use to produce HydroChloric Acid. After taking in higher amounds of salt over a period, I am feeling fine after a high protein meal. Before I could feel a bit fatigued.

Great info @Diddlee I tried ACV years ago but it really did a number on my stomach so I haven't tried it again.

Dave it's great for Cooking anything! Eggs, shrimp, FRIED chicken in clarified butter lol that's my favorite, but uses a lot.. you name it! I rarely use olive oil anymore ,butter has so much flavor to me, or bacon fat, or BOTH LOL.
