saat q input penurunan BB di fs kalorinya 1300 perhari
skrg udah turun n q input pertahanin BB jd 1800kalori..
bmr 1320
tdee 1551

yg manakah kalori harian yg harus q anut untuk pertahanin BB??

please bantuannya q newbie
