Here's my obligatory "I'm eating great (I even upped my calories and vegetable intake), and exercising, but I'm not losing weight again" entry. It just gets frustrating. I think I need to do more cardio, I've really let go of that one, and I know I need to do more high intensity workouts, not just max rep lifting, but my trainer is doing more corrective stuff with me, and I'm not sure how to get myself into the higher intensity exercises. It's scary because I am studying to be a trainer too, but it's so hard to prescribe yourself something to do.
