Wooo Hoooooooo!!!!!!!!!!! This is the lowest I have been in a LONG time! The last time that I weighed close to this was before I had my second child. I lost a lot of weight between my first and my second children, but quickly gained it after I had my second child. Yes, I kept very fit even through the second pregnancy, but the demands of having two children caught up to me and I just couldn't keep up to the fitness routine that I had started. I then gained back all the weight. After a few years, and when I went through my divorce, I lost again. I went down to 190lbs and then when I met my current partner, I began to gain again since I got pregnant right away. I gained back so much more-like 60 pounds more!!!! I couldn't beleive it!!!! My legs hurt so much-especially my knees. My back hurt alllll the time because I had so much weight pulling my back out of shape. It was awful! I could barely breathe and I just ached all the time. Even sitting was a feat because my tummy would rest on my legs! Halfway down my legs!!! I knew I had to do something. So I started out slowly. Very slowly with just working out three days a week and cutting out just one thing at a time, one week at a time. It all took off from there. I always said I wouldn't run either. I was running by late spring. I was on fire! I was pumped. And today-here I am! I am so happy. Feeling so healthy. So good. I can't wait until I reach my goal and fit into a size 12. It will be my dream come true.
