Goal 1 was to get down under 300#.
Goal 2 get to 275#
Goal 3 Get to 200#
Goal 4 get under 190# (for reasons between health and too much extra skin I was much slower in attaining this goal It is also about when I joined Fat secret)
Goal 5 was to be OFF ALL MY MEDS!
Goal 6 is to make 178. Only 8 pounds to go. My bar is green and it will be blue for a short time... Maybe I will wait till half way point and then reset. I don't know yet. Goal 7 will be 135#. My point being, for the newbies and those struggling. It is a long process to get to where you are. It is a long process back. In 2010 I was 324# It has been a long road.. Moved for work 6 times ill parent( Now deceased and have care of the other) , Divorce, Grown child drama, 2 weddings, 6 Grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren (I know the math gets a little weird here but my son married an older woman with children), 15 funerals... In general life was giving me plenty of EXCUSES. BUT I SAW THEM AS JUST THAT. Sometimes I gave in to the excuse for a while. Others I did not let it take control. You get stronger with EACH FAILURE. So LIVE, LOVE, BE HAPPY AND TREAT YOURSELF WELL. The only sure thing in your life is that YOU ARE.
