Thank you, it's tomatoes fried with 2 eggs and one tablespoon olive oil, homemade tortillas from maseca corn flour, black coffee and a piece of strawberry pie. It's my first meal of the day 😀

My plates are normal size, my coffee cup is extra large 16-20 oz.

Me too, but remember, I am learning how to eat like a normal person, 😂😂(around 800 calories here) if I don't eat the whole pie at once I still can eat 800 calories at dinner 😋🐷

Looks delicious! I’ve heard of people using kids plates to trick the mind into thinking it’s getting more food than what it actually is. Just thought I’d mention that after seeing the comment about your plate size, might make eating like a normal person easier?

I use kid's or just smaller plates and bowls all the time. Smaller dishes equal less food. Less food equals fewer calories/carbs. Only my insulated tea/water mug is super sized.
