after eating according to my finances, I had enough and will not pass 200 lbs. Enough is enough and is all go no stop until I reach or surpass my goal. If you really want something, you really need to stop at nothing. Don't let anything change your course. It might derail for a bit, but you need to get back on track and have a good reason for doing it. It is your health and if you don't have that, you really don't have anything. Without you, there is nothing. Hope this helps anyone get a good perspective on what really matters.
