ok so i have been slacking the last few days. we have been out and about more. we have always gone to restraunts a lot but we had tried to slow dow, last few days though we reverted to old habits.

i am going to go pull some healthy snacks to the front of the cupboards so that if we are on our way out and plan to eat somewhere, i can have an applesauce cup or something instead of french fries etc.

breakfast was good. although i slept in again. i was up kinda late planning our vegas trip and then couldnt sleep because i was thinking about our vegas trip. tonight, i will take a MIDNITE so i can sleep earlier. tomorrow should be a busy day and i dont want to sleep half of it away, then i want to get to bed at a decent hour friday night so that i wont be tired when we have to get up early to go to the airport.
