3주 후 약 4kg 감량. 체지방이 3kg, 근육량이 0.7 kg 줄였는데 근손실이 큰 편인가요? 운동을 안한 결과인가ㅠㅜ
75 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
