Stuck to the diet-really well! I did very long cardio workout yesterday along with weights and managed to burn a lot of calories in the process. I burnt about 818 calories yesterday in one session! I have been reading the biggest loser book and it has made all the difference:)
80.5 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
