Woke at 216.8, up 2.6 from yesterday. Drank a ton of water and sparking water last night. Should move some out today. UPDATE: Drank a large coffee, a zero calorie, zero carb Powerade, and a Diet Mountain Dew (yes, I know it's toxic waste). Came home at 216.8. Had a 1500 calorie dinner and will try again tomorrow.

That is so weird how you went up considering your food intake/quality yesterday. I agree. You should see some move out today.

Sweat the excess - I think we breathe/relieve about 8-10 cups of it a day; so, anything in excess of that will have to be "forcibly evicted" (LOL!)
