I know I shouldn’t compare my weight loss journey to anyone, everyone has their own story. But sometimes when I see posts on social media of people who just started their journey and they already lost what I lost in a shorter time...just having one of those moments this morning lol

I have a friend who I used to give all my old clothes to. she lost 120# in less than a year. No diet changes, no exercise, nothing. I feel sorry for her because I know she was sick. Just because someone elses weight comes off faster it doesnt mean they are doing it right. Their weight may come back. They might be doing it in a way that is unhealthy or harmful. Focus on you, and try to be happy and hopeful for them. One of the biggest aides we have in this fight is support, especially from people who know how it goes. Don't let someone elses accomplishments diminish your success.

Awe I feel the same. Matter of fact I think there’s many of us that can relate to feeling like that whether we’d like to admit it or not. Just hang in there and enjoy the journey to your destination 😌
