Down to 224. This is the lowest I have been since High School. Vacation is in a little more than a month. My original(and insane) goal was to get to 200 by vacation. Doesn't look like I'll be hitting that goal but I'd be happy with getting to 215. That would put me at 50 pounds lost.

Went to a biometrics screening for work yesterday. All my numbers came out extremely well. I wish I would of had the screening before I started my lifestyle change to see how dramatically they changed. Dieting has been pretty easy for me lately I actually prefer eating healthy now. I have been running atleast 3 miles 6 days a week now. Once I get down to 200 I'm going to reincorporate the weight training I was doing before I hit my first plateau. Hopefully going to try to lift AND run 5 days a week.
