So today turned out to be quite interesting. After having been on blood pressure medicine for over a year due to high blood pressure, my doctor has instructed me to stop taking the medicine as it is causing me to suffer from low blood pressure. He said that because of the weight loss and healthier lifestyle my blood pressure has gone back to normal. I am incredibly happy to derive a benifit health wise too. 😉😁👌
