I made parmesan/cheddar crisps today instead of eating potato chips. The plus was that they were pretty easy to make (except for chipping them off the baking sheet because I didn't have parchment paper). The negative was that I ate them all instead of portioning them out. Such is life.

shame about not getting any put away. I got my paper at the local store, I was surprised that they had it. I never heard of it before I was making keto treats.

Parchment paper? God’s gift to cooks. They sell it everywhere, even WM. In a pinch you can use tinfoil. I spray it very lightly with PAM and then wipe most of it away with a paper towel. It’s just enough to keep things from sticking.

I found parchment paper at the local Dollar General Store, cheap and nearby.

I like silicon sheets. Reusable. I don't know if it's the tree-hugger in me that likes that aspect or the cheap-ass-German. Either way. They work great!
