Yesterday I ate almost an entire bag of tortilla chips. Not a snack size bag, either. Do you know why I'm proud of myself? I recorded it.
That's right, I recorded it. *pats self on back* I think that's a first for me. I think it's worth a little dance.

You know I had a big time binge over the weekend myself and I thought about it Tuesday that I should have recorded it...This is a website to help us & be honest with ourselves and not ashamed of what we go through. I've had so many binges that I didn't write down - and you know, I'll probably binge again, but I think the key is writing it down. I hope that's the key, at any rate.

I think that is really important that you wrote it down, it will help you the next time before you binge. At least it does for me. I think whether or not I want to put it down on the website and if I don't, then I figure I shouldn't eat it. Anyway, congrats for writing it down, because I know I have definitly hidden it before!
