I'm trying some new tactics; trying to add fiber. It does help.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What kind of fiber? In what form? How much?

Fiber helps keep you fuller longer. But add it in slowly! Too much too fast will produce unbelievable amounts of gas, lol! Sorry, TMI!!
