They're broccoli cheddar fritters. Keto friendly! 8 oz chopped broccoli (pre cooked) 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded. 2 tbsp almond flour. 2 eggs beaten and then spices. Mix all together in a bowl and fry in a pan with a little oil (your choice olive oil coconut oil avocado oil which ever you prefer). I dip with ranch dressing. For spices I used garlic powder onion powder chili powder salt pepper and a bit of red pepper flakes. Enjoy! 😊

I found the best way for them to keep their shape was to use a 1/4 measuring cup and scoop and then flatten it into like a pancake. (it is VERY goopy feeling and messy on the hands) but very very good!

As long as it gets cripsy when fried I would assume it would be ok? I'm not sure of the fat/carb/protein content of those cheese. I don't use them too much myself but try it and see! You never know!

Ricotta and feta are so high in protein :) and also fat so it would be super healthy
