so had a piece of cake yesterday, and completely blew my calorie count lol. woke up tired. had summer berry medleys oatmeal and coffee, and my vitamin c for breakfast. Very sluggish at the gym. managed to get an hour in weight training. no cardio. Had a small piece of cake for a snack ate meat and cheese, crackers, and hummus for lunch. water weight is gone. Still very sluggish. Was like that yesterday too. To many carbs maybe. Not enough proteins? today my proteins r on the low side. All I've wanted to do since yesterday is snack. Tomorrow will b more careful with my macros.

I don’t do oatmeal. Or crackers. Green leafy veggies cooked in 2 teaspoons of olive oil or other oils twice a day. Try to log what you eat and shoot for 70 on fats, 20 protein, 10 on carbs.
