wow....I lost 2 lbs. more since Wednesday...which I was 244 lbs. had to check the scale to make sure It was true...needless to say the scale was right...now I'm happy; because I can go and celebrate our Anniversary tonight with my sweetheart of 32 yrs. .....as always thank you for y'all's support.
