I lost a couple lbs of fat since I started. Now I’m up a few lbs of muscle. 3/4 inch on my arms. I’m going to elevate the level of cardio 30 minutes of biking per day. 80 min body building. Tabata try for 20 to start next week.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
