Woke at 219.0, up 2.4 after a huge dinner yesterday. Should burn it off today. UPDATE: Went to a local hotel lobby with my staff to generate some of our reports for the week. Enjoying a few drinks with nice music in the background as we wrap up the workweek. I will work from home tomorrow and will do my weekly coffee/water flush with Lasix. Dinner an hour and half away! UPDATE: Got home at 217.8. Had a nice dinner, popped some Lasix, and drank some red wine to try to get the body flushing going for the weekend.
