Morning All! It's supposed to be a nice day here today-I will be glad to finally see the sun. Weight is the same today, but I am wearing a jacket I haven't worn in a year...and it does NOT go down to my knees! LOL
I added raspberries to my diet yesterday, we'll see how that goes. They were fantastic in cream! Yummy, yum, yum!

Another thing I noticed this week is my poochy stomach isn't sitting on my lap anymore :) Yeah! This has been a great week for my self esteem. I hope everyone else is having a good week and much success.

I guess I missed ya yesterday. Great job on the belly thing. All these little things do make a huge difference in our self esteem. I added strawberries a few times this past week and am in heaven. Not doing them everyday but it's a nice treat.

I have had my raspberries three days in a row (mostly because they go bad so quickly)and have maintained so I think I will be able to keep them in the diet without gaining...Blueberries are next but I will wait a week before adding them in.

I almost forgot that I also added blackberries this past weekend. Wont be eating them too much as they were more pricey but it's a nice change.

Amy, you are doing so great! A jacket that fits again and doesn't go to your knees. WOW!! I too, noticed that my tummy is no longer sitting in my lap. Feels so great. I am still on induction, and will stay there until I get about 40 pounds from goal. Can't wait to get to that fruit!! Although I do get some with the Carbmaster yogurt, so that helps. So when you are eating those pieces of fruit, think of me, would ya?? LOL
