I'm not sure if I lost a pound or a pound and half because I don't have a digital scale, but for the sake of giving myself some leeway for next WI I'm going to say just a pound. I honestly expected to gain because I stayed stuffed the entire time. I used oranges instead of the take off drinks. Needless to say, I don't want to see an orange again until next month. I'm going to be taking an eight mile hike in about three hours so I'll weigh in tomorrow just for the heck of it. Anytime I do a mass amount of exersize after I haven't had any exersize for a while I tend to lose quite a bit of weight. We'll see how it goes.
