I joined FS a week ago to encourage me to lose 7lbs! Well I can't seem to find my mojo and whilst I have eaten sensibly during the day I lose all determination come evening time . If I carry on I won't have any clothes to fit me. So I must really try harder one day at a time. Might try weighing myself every morning ( just for the first week) to try and keep myself accountable . 🤞
