well i did my video today and it feels good to get back with this again i just am taking it one day at a time i think if i tell my self for two weeks every other day and get that ingrained in my head then move on with the fitness. I see now that i was pushing it past a comfort level i think i was getting scared too who is this thinner me suppose to be?

That comfort level barrier is a real deal! I don't understand what keeps us from pushing beyond it but I know there is always that secret-sabotage within us that wants us to quit and stay heavy. Work through it - you are worth the effort!

I think that's a fabulous idea! Sometimes we need to even take this whole thing 1 hour at a time. All throughout my journey I go through every mind frame possible, but it all just seems to keep coming back that if I force myself to stay positive, then the results I want will come (eventually...) Great job! You're doing fabulous!
