GOT UP EARLY AND WENT ON A 3 MILE WALK AT A LOCAL PARK. BEAUTIFUL WEATHER AND A GREAT WAY TO START THE DAY. I REALLY NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER THOUGH. THAT'S MY CHALLENGE THIS WEEK.
