oops.
guess it's time to stop my "relaxed summer" and get back to eating and exercising properly. 15 lbs left to lose this year, hoping my Christmas holidays.
86.1 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
