I'm frustrated with myself. The past few days I've been telling myself that I should've lost more weight by now. I've been on Atkins since my last birthday, May 7, and I've only lost 10 pounds. I guess I shouldn't be so hard on myself. It's better than gaining 10 pounds!
I think that some of my setbacks are cause by falling off the diet on weekends, and not drinking enough water. I'm going to change that. I'm going to drink more water, and not cheat on weekends any more.
I'm really tired of carrying around the extra weight!

That's always been my problem, the weekends. I determined to stay totally faithful this weekend. Cheating even here and there really show on this diet, plus it makes it harder to stay on.

I was just reading in the Atkins Book about resistance to weight loss, which I also have due to meds. I'm on, but it's not impossible. Try smaller portions and more exercise was one of the things I got out of the book.
