Woke at 223.6, up 6.0 from yesterday! Ate three large meals including tons of carbs. Plus, I am carrying some extra water and bulk as I wean off the Lasix and extra water during the week. UPDATE: Came in the door at 223.4, so I lost a tiny bit! Nordic nut bread, turkey, cheese, and good olives for dinner!
